Humboldt, IA – The Humboldt Farmers Market returns to downtown Humboldt on Saturday as organizers prepare for the final four markets of the 2026 season.
The market will be open from 8 a.m. to noon at Parley Finch Plaza on the 600 block of Sumner Avenue.
Organizers Kelsey Flot and Sammi Pals said shoppers can expect more than 20 vendors offering a variety of locally produced items, including baked goods, sourdough bread, flowers, handcrafted products, woodworking, home décor, engraving and 3D-printed creations. Pals also noted several young entrepreneurs will be participating in this week’s market.
Live music will be provided by Kent Mick of Ames throughout the morning.
The Humboldt Downtown Association will also be participating by selling theater popcorn from Humota and hosting a Spider-Man-themed craft for children.
Flot said Lee Smith State Farm is sponsoring Saturday’s market and thanked the business for its continued support of the event.
Following Saturday’s market, three dates remain on the 2026 schedule: Aug. 22, Sept. 12 and Sept. 26.
Anyone interested in becoming a vendor for one of the remaining markets can contact the Humboldt Farmers Market through its Facebook page or by emailing humboldtfarmersmarket@gmail.com.
