To kick off our regular season and to introduce our seasonal display theme, join us and explore the halls of school days past in the county! This program we will dive into the history of Humboldt Community School District, Boone Valley School District, and Rutland Township schools. Stick around after the program to see items from our collection and to check out the displays! Admission is just $5.00 for adults and children 18 and under are free!

The Humboldt Area Arts Council presents the 2nd Music in the Park 2025 summer concert series featuring the 515 Big Band at Bicknell Park on Saturday, June 28th from 6-8pm. The Concerts are open to the public; family friendly all are Welcome! Lawn chairs and picnic blankets are encouraged, feel free to bring a picnic supper to eat at the park. Donations are welcomed to help cover costs, and light refreshments will be available for purchase.

Join the Humboldt County Fair Board, and start your 4th of July with a delicious Pancake Breakfast from 7:30 to noon at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds. Enjoy pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, milk, and coffee — all for a free-will donation! Come hungry and celebrate the red, white, and blue!

Join Tractorlift Brewery on Saturday, July 12th from 6 to 9pm, as they welcome Patrick Tecklenburg to the stage! A Humboldt native, Patrick, has performed open mics across Iowa City and Minneapolis and now fronts the Cedar Rapids rock band, Patrick the Gathering. With musical influences like Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, and Johnny Cash, he’s bringing his soulful sound home for the very first time at Tractorlift Brewery.
They’re open from 4 to 9pm—so come early, grab a cold one, and enjoy great music and great vibes this Saturday, July 12th at Tractorlift Brewery!
