DUE TO COVID-19 WE WILL BE HAVING A LIMITED SCHEDULE
Friday, August 28th
Pick up Photo Scavenger Hunt Paper at City Hall before 4:30 $5 entry Fee and Results will be turned in on Saturday at Fire station for Cash prizes. Photo Contest – turn in photos at Fire Station between 5-6pm and results will be posted at Fire station Sunday morning
Saturday August 29th
8am – City Wide Garage Sales
8am-Noon – Bloody Mary Bar at Limestone Cafe
8am – Registration starts for 5K Run/Walk (Fundraiser for Hometown Pride)
8:30am – 5KRun/Walk (12 years old – Adults $15, Under 12 Free at City Park
9:30am – Parade Line up at Softball field
10:30 am – Parade
11:00am – 1pm – Limited Menu at Limestone Cafe
11:00am-12:15pm – Bag Tournament Sign up – South of Bank
11:30 am -12:30pm – Kid’s Pinata Fun at Fire Station – Age group 3-5 and 6-10
Noon – 2pm – Silent Auction at Fire Station
2pm – 5pm – Kid’s Water Barrel Fights – in front of Fire Station
5pm-8pm – Smoked Pork Butt Sandwich Dinner at Limestone Cafe
6pm – Turn in Results of Photo Scavenger Hunt at Fire Station
Sunday August 30th
8:30am – Tractors meet/Display on Main Street/Fire Station
9am-9:15am – Tractor ride to be determined
10:30am – Gilmore City Gazebo Park – Cowboy Church. Masks requested, bring lawn chairs. In case of rain Gilmore City Methodist Church with masks required.
