The Humboldt Recreation Department is having a Holiday Light Contest all eligible houses and businesses must be within Humboldt & Dakota City limits. Registration is Free and you can register online or at the Humboldt Recreation Center. All registrations are due by Monday, December 5th. Winners will be announced on The Humboldt Recreation Facebook page on Tuesday Dec 20th. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each residential category and to 1st place in the business category. For more information call Paxton at 332-5447
