Humboldt, Iowa — The Humboldt Family Aquatic Center of Humboldt will be closing their doors soon for the rest of the year.
“Our last weekend will be the Saturday and Sunday the 26th and 27th of August, sometime in probably early September is when we will be draining it” says Chris Shaner of the Humboldt Parks and Rec Department.
Shaner also says they don’t really do anything special for the end of the year, so you have until the 27th until the pool is officially closed until next year.
