
Humboldt, Iowa — In November of 2017, the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, the Humboldt Police Department and the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives team executed a search warrant at 1009 Terrace Drive in Humboldt.
It was the residence of 32-year old Robert Kramer.
Following lab analysis of the evidence collected, the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kramer last week without incident and charged him with five drug related crimes.
Kramer was charged with Possession with intent to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine; Drug tax stamp violation; Gathering where controlled substances used and sold; 2nd offense possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; and 2nd offense possession of controlled substance, marijuana.
Kramer was transported to the Humboldt County Jail where he is being held on $38,000 cash only bond
As a result of the arrest, the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office and agents from the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement were able to develop more information that led to a yet another search warrant at Kramer’s property.
More controlled substances were obtained following that search and were sent to the DCI Lab in Ankeny for further testing.
More charges are expected to be filed at a later date.
The Humboldt County Attorney and the Wright County Sheriff’s Office also assisted in the investigation.
