Humboldt, Iowa — The trial dates have been set for the duo who have been charged with Attempted Murder in Humboldt County.
Nicholas Joseph Bradley, 35 and Vilma Velasquez, 26 are the ones charged, following an alleged attack on Austin Dean in Humboldt on April 29th.
In addition to the attempted murder charge, Velasquez is also charged with domestic assault.
Both appeared in Humboldt County court on Monday, entering not guilty pleas.
Velasquez will appear before Humboldt County court on October 16th; Bradly on November 27th.
According to the criminal complaint, Bradley allegedly attempted to run Dean over while bicycling with his pickup truck.
Velasquez is accused of pursuing Dean with a baseball bat.
