Humboldt, Iowa — No injuries reported after a pick-up truck entered a ditch and rolled over in Humboldt.
According to a report from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, Kyle Soenen, 39, of Humboldt, was traveling northbound on Montana Avenue when a vehicle travelling southbound created a cloud of dust that temporarily blocked Soenen’s vision. When the dust cleared, Soenen swerved into a ditch to avoid colliding with a lawnmower. The 1998 Ford Ranger rolled into the east ditch landing on the passenger side.
Soenen was uninjured but his truck was totaled and had to be towed from the scene.
