Cowboy Church to Benefit North Central AfterCare

Humboldt, IA — North Central AfterCare has announced that the Cowboy Church worship service at Faith United Methodist Church in Humboldt will be taking offerings from their Friday night service to raise funds for their prison re-entry group.

North Central AfterCare is a local organization that helps integrate those recently released from prison back into the community. Cowboy Church will be held on Saturday June 29th at 5pm. All members of the community are invited to attend the service and learn more about North Central AfterCare.

“Cowboy Church to raise funds for prison re-entry group at June 29 worship service

North Central AfterCare, a local organization that helps integrate individuals into our community following release from prison, will receive offering proceeds at the upcoming Cowboy Church worship service June 29.

The service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Faith United Methodist Church, 107 N 4th Street, Humboldt. Music starts at 5 p.m. and service starts at 5:30 p.m.

The Faith United Methodist Church youth group will serve a meal (free will donation) following the service.

Several local instrumental and vocal musicians make up Cowboy Church, which entertains with music, speaking and worship on a quarterly basis throughout the year.

All members of the community are invited to attend, enjoy the service and learn more about North Central AfterCare.”
