Des Moines, IA — Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) announced on that the EPA has finalized a rule allowing year round sales of E15 which is gasoline blended with 15 percent ethanol.
Senator Grassley gave high praise for the ruling saying it will help the Iowa economy by boosting the value corn in the state and creating jobs for ethanol plants in the state. This rule will help Iowans at the gas pump as well for those who can use E15 as it is on average at a lower cost than unleaded fuel.
It also is a promise kept for Iowans from the Trump campaign which was one of his policies he ran on when he made his visits to Iowa in 2016.
