School Board Policy Review To Take Place Aug. 12th

Humboldt, IA — A board policy review and work session has been announced for the Humboldt Community School District Board of Education and Administrators on August 12th.

Policy reviews include board of directors conflict of interest, vice president, communication channels, attendance center assignment, graduation requirements, and basic instruction program. These policies will be reviewed by the Policy Review Committee and then discussed in the work session to follow.

After the work session, a board retreat is planned for the school board, administrators and superintendent to set goals for the 2019-2020 school year. The first day of school for Humboldt is August 23rd for grades 5-12.
