Governor launches Test Iowa Initiative

Des Moines, IA – Governor Kim Reynolds announces the launch of Test Iowa to expand testing capacity across the state and help limit the spread of COVID-19.

On Tuesday, April 21, it was announced that the testing initiative known as Test Iowa would be launchng. Gov. Reynolds first made the announcement during her 11 am daily press conference. The initiative is a partnership between the state and Nomi Health and subsidiary DOMO that launched a similar program in Utah.

Gov. Reynolds confirms that Iowa is only the second state to launch this initiative. She encourages all Iowans to go to testiowa.com and complete the assessment to determine eligibility for testing. She is also kicking off a a compaign called #TestIowaChallenge.
