Humboldt County, IA – No injuries reported after slush covered roads cause a truck to become overturned in a ditch in a Friday afternoon incident.
Deputy Tim Fisher of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday, April 3, that Kenneth Sibbitt, 56, of Rinard was traveling east on Highway 3 when he hit a patch of slush on the road. Sibbitt was unable to keep control of his white GMC C5500 and entered the north side ditch. The C5500 rolled onto the driver’s side as it came to a stop.
The incident resulted in disabling damages to the C5500. Sibbitt did not report injury to Deputy Fisher at the time of the incident.
