Humboldt County, IA – No injuries reported after a deer is struck during a Sunday night drive.
Deputy Roger Bennett of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office reports the details of the deer involved incident. The report states that on Sunday, July 12, a minor from Gilmore City was traveling along Highway 3 when a deer ran from the side of the road. The deer struck the minors vehicle resulting in minor damages to her black Lincoln Aviator.
The vehicle was driven away from the scene following the incident. No injuries were reported by Deputy Bennett as a result of the incident.
