113 new COVID-19 cases, 181 recoveries, confirmed from Nov. 16 to Nov. 22

Humboldt County, IA – Public Health is reporting a total of 150 active COVID-19 cases in Humboldt County as the total case count reaches 699.

In looking at the COVID-19 numbers for the county from Monday Nov. 16 through Sunday Nov. 22, Humboldt County Public Health and the Iowa Department of Public Health have confirmed a total of 113 new cases over the course of the week. The county’s total case count is now up to 699.

Here is how the total positive cases break down by age:

  • 81 are in the 0-17 age range (eight new).
  • 225 are in the 18-40 age range (29 new).
  • 212 are in the 41-60 age range (27 new).
  • 135 are in the 61-80 age range (25 new).
  • 46 are in the 81+ age category (24 new).

Additional information provided from the states coronavirus.iowa.gov shows the Humboldt County positivity rate as 22.4 percent over the past 14 days.
