Humboldt, IA – Humboldt County Memorial Hospital and Humboldt County Public Health are reporting a total of 953 positive COVID-19 cases in Humboldt County as of Tuesday, December 29th.
The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) and Humboldt County Public Health have identified 19 additional cases of COVID-19 in the county since its last reporting.

There have also been two more recorded deaths from COVID-19 in the county. Humboldt County Public Health says their “deepest sympathies go to the loved ones of these two individuals” and they “urge residents to continue being vigilant and supportive of each other as we work together to prevent the spread of COVID-19.”
At this time, 848 cases are listed as recoveries with 18 deaths, as reported by Humboldt County Public Health. Humboldt county’s current active positive case count is 105.
