
Humboldt, IA – Local health care providers continuing to work with the state as COVID-19 vaccination Phase 1B continues.
Announced through a public notification from Humboldt County Memorial Hospital they layout the plans for their most recent 100 dose allocations. With 417 doses of the vaccine already administered to individual in the 75 years of age or older requirement the health care providers are focusing on educator next.
Educators are part of the first tier for the current vaccination phase. HCMH will be reserving allocations for the educator in the Humboldt County school districts.
Once the educators group is complete HCMH says they will be moving back to those 65 and older. They expect to begin this group next week.
HCMH and Humboldt County Public Health will continue to keep the public updated once more information becomes available.
