Humboldt, IA – Two Humboldt High School seniors are receiving a scholarship from Humboldt County Farm Bureau.
The organization announced through their Facebook that both Mason Nostrom and Abigail Satern were selected for scholarships. Mason is the son of Miles and Chris Nostrom. Abigail is the daughter of Bryan and Brandy Satern.
Both seniors will receive a $500 scholarship to help with their college expenses. They will also be honored during the Awards Night at Humboldt High School on May 12.
Applicants were selected based upon academic standing, leadership experience, civic involvement and their commitment to rural Iowa and the agricultural community.
Humboldt County Farm Bureau would like to congratulate both Mason Nostrom and Abigail Satern.
