Humboldt, IA – Humboldt High School is getting a new grand piano for their auditorium.
During the most recent meeting of the Board of Education, Superintendent Jim Murray provided an update in his superintendent’s report. This includes telling the board that the booster club is purchasing a grand piano for the school auditorium.
He says the board did receive a monetary gift but “their generosity is beyond that.” The booster club did the researching the best option for the district.
Murray says the schools leadership is excited and thankful for the donation as they continue to look at ways to better improve the schools overall.
