Dakota City, IA – The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors hired an American Rescue Plan Fund grant manager on Monday.
The board hired Jennifer Sheda, to be the ARP Fund Grant manager in Humboldt County.
She has served as the Webster County Health Department CFO. Her job will be to write the applications for the funds and will report to the department of Treasury. Her hourly pay for the contracted position is $70 per hour.
