Humboldt, IA -The City of Humboldt has a change in their garbage collection due to a shortage of garbage bags and the city is changing to a different system. Humboldt City Clerk Gloria Christensen has some details.
Christensen explains how the sticker system works.
Christensen says there have been questions about garbage and recycling charges in the city and details the reason for the bags.
The stickers can be bought at Hy-Vee Customer Service and Fareway Customer Service or Humboldt City Hall. The cost is $5.00 for 6 stickers.
