Dakota City, IA – At Monday’s Humboldt County Board of Supervisor’s Meeting, Don Ettler of Bolt & Mike and Senator Dennis Guth of Klemme came to speak to the Board to discuss Senate File 500, which is legislation they are pushing to change drainage code.
Humboldt County Board of Supervisors Chairman Rick Pedersen explains the legislation.
Pedersen says the legislation would encourage engineering costs for Maintenance work, and the Supervisors were not in support of the legislation.
