New Iowa beef processing plant holding information meeting in Humboldt on Wed

Humboldt, IA -There will be a meeting in Humboldt on Wednesday about a new beef-processing facility in Iowa.  Cattlemen’s Heritage Company is a 1,500 head a day, 400,000 head a year processing plant that will break ground next spring in Mills County just south of Council Bluffs and will employee 750 people. Chad Tentinger  is  the President and Lead Developer of the beef-processing plant and says the company will have a $1.1 billion impact on the region and  will create opportunities to invest in the future of agriculture  for farmers in Northern Iowa.

Tentinger encourages the public to come to the meeting.

The company will be holding  the informational meeting for the public at 1 p.m on Wednesday, February 2, at 716 Main Restaurant in Humboldt.
