Clarion -A daycare center in Clarion is getting a new home. Here’s Clarion City Administrator Clint Middleton on the project. The City of Clarion has received bids for the project and plans on accepting bids in March.
Middleton tells KHBT that the goal is to start construction soon and have children in Kids Corner by August.
