Humboldt, IA – On Sunday morning, the Humboldt Police Department in conjunction with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office arrested Charles Rowland of Humboldt and charged him with Interference with Official Acts, a simple misdemeanor; and Aggravated Assault, an aggravated misdemeanor.
Police Chief Joel Sanders provided the details on the incident and arrest.
Rowland was booked into the Humboldt County Law Enforcement Center where he is still in custody as of Tuesday morning.
