Fort Dodge, IA – A Fort Dodge man is behind bars after an arrest for sexual abuse.
28-year-old Zachary Orth of Fort Dodge is accused of having inappropriate genital contact with a child under the age of 12 on at least four separate occasions over the last year. Orth is being held at the Webster County Jail on a $50,000 cash-only bond after he was charged with one count of second-degree sexual abuse, a Class B Felony. A preliminary hearing is set for Tuesday, August 9.
