Gilmore City, IA – What began as a dispute between neighbors at the Gilmore City Apartments turned into a Gilmore City man receiving a citation for drug paraphernalia.
44-year-old Burt Ellison of Gilmore City was cited after an investigation led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia in plain view of the responding parties apartment. Ellison was released with a pending court date.
