(KHBT) – The National Weather Service says there is a possibility for severe storms to move in this evening into western and northern Iowa.
This has prompted the agency to place northwestern Iowa under a severe thunderstorm watch until 10:00 p.m. today with the watch extending as far east as our listening area in Humboldt and Kossuth counties.
The main threats in the area remain a possibililty of hail, wind and lightning in the areas under the watch.
