Local communities offering different days for Halloween trick-or-treating

(KHBT) – Halloween is right around the corner and different municipalities have designated time for trick-or-treating this year, with some communities offering opportunities to do so earlier than the Halloween holiday next Tuesday.

Tomorrow, trick-or-treating will take place from 5-6:30 p.m. in downtown Fort Dodge. On Saturday, both Manson and Webster City will have trick-or-treating that begins at 5:30 p.m. and lasts until 7:30 p.m. in Manson and 8:00 p.m. in Webster City.

On Sunday, there will be a trunk-or-treat at St. Olaf in Fort Dodge from 3-5 p.m. On Monday Oct. 30, Gowrie has slated trick-or-treating from 5-7 p.m.

Tuesday, the actual day of Halloween, Manson businesses will hold trick-or-treating from 3-5 p.m., both Eagle Grove and Pocahontas from 5-7 p.m., with Barnum, Fort Dodge, Algona, Dakota City, Humboldt, and Otho all holding trick-or-treating from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
