Humboldt wins home opener dual 55-23 over Estherville Lincoln Central

Humboldt, IA – Humboldt boys’ wrestling won their home opener dual under the spotlight 55-23 against Estherville Lincoln Central Thursday night.

The Wildcats used seven pins to defeat Estherville Lincoln Central for their third dual victory to begin the 2023-24 season.

With the win, Humboldt improves to 3-0 in duals this year. The team will host the 2023 Joe Fitch Invitational tomorrow at 4:30 p.m. in the Humboldt High School Gymnasium. KHBT will have coverage of the tournament starting at 4:15 p.m.
