Humboldt girls’ basketball records dominate win vs. St. Edmond, 2-0 in conference

Humboldt, IA – Humboldt girls’ basketball continued their winning ways in North Central Conference play with a dominating 55-29 win over the St. Edmond Gaels Friday night.

Morgan Mann led Humboldt with 19 points and Ava Fischer registered 10 points. For the Gaels, Chloe Palmer led the way with 11 points.

With the win, Humboldt improves to 4-1 (2-0 NCC) and with the loss St. Edmond falls to 1-4 (1-1 NCC). Humboldt travels to Algona Tuesday night for NCC play against the Bulldogs. Tip-off is slated for 6:15 p.m. as part of a girls’ and boys’ doubleheader. Coverage starts on KHBT at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday night.
