Humboldt girls’ wrestling wins first annual Michelle Jensen Memorial Tournament, three champions crowned

Humboldt, IA – The Humboldt girls’ wrestling team hosted the first annual 2023 Michelle Jensen Memorial Tournament on Monday night at the Humboldt High School Gymnasium. The Wildcats won the tournament with a team score-best 189 and had three weight class champions: Laina Dettmann at 120 pounds, Claire Weydert at 130, and Danica Diedrick at 170.
