Humboldt, IA – With the end of the school year approaching, students at Humboldt schools are preparing to take the next step when moving from one school to another. Humboldt Middle School Principal Cassie Smith says Transition Days helps with that cause to allow students to get acclimated.
On April 24, the middle school had a guest speaker to talk with fifth grade students from St. Mary’s and Twin Rivers.
Smith said it was nice to combine all prospective students into one day.
On May 17, the eighth graders at Humboldt Middle School will participate in transition activities for the move to Humboldt High School.
