Dakota City, IA – The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors passed proceeding with the process for drainage tile improvements.
The improvements are for Drainage District 11 Sublet 1. A discussion between the three landowners and the Board resulted in a decision to pursue the one inch per day drainage coefficient system at approximately $811,000 in the engineer’s estimate from Jacobson-Westergard in Estherville. The Board will put the project out to bid for a plastic and concrete option.
