Rolfe, IA – A Rolfe man was arrested on drug charges on Monday.
75-year-old Richard Hodoway of Rolfe was arrested after the Pocahontas County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a disturbance at the residence of 507 1st St. In Rolfe. After the investigation on scene, Hodoway was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Marijuana 3rd Offense, an Aggravated Misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor.
Hodoway was transported to the Pocahontas County Jail to await his initial appearance before a magistrate.
