Three new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Humboldt County, 24 total

Humboldt, IA – Humboldt County Memorial Hospital is reporting a total of 24 COVID-19 cases in Humboldt County as June 9, 2020.

The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) and Humboldt County Public Health have identified three additional cases of COVID-19 in the county. Two Humboldt County residents are in the 0-17 age range and one Humboldt County resident is in the 61-80 age range. This brings our total positive COVID-19 cases to 24.

As HCMH continues to work with the Iowa Department of Public Health, the total number of cases in Humboldt County may fluctuate. HCMH says to stay informed by checking their website (humboldthospital.org/news-events/covid-19-update) each day around 4:00 p.m. for updates on current numbers and statistics.

At this time there has been one COVID-19 related death in Humboldt County and 17 total recoveries are confirmed by the IDPH.
