Dakota City opens campgrounds for the season

Dakota City, IA – The campgrounds in Dakota City are set to open up for the season.

During the meeting of the City Council for Dakota City their City Clerk Angelique Berry announced the campgrounds are opening on Friday, April 16. The cost per spot will be $17 a night. Each sight has water and electric. There is also a dump site available on location.

Kim and Tim Tinken are returning as the camp hosts. This is the second year the Tinkens have served in this position.
