Dakota City, IA – Dakota City is renewing their agreement with the North Central Iowa Regional Solid Waste Agency.
During the most recent meeting of the City Council they were presented with a resolution to approve this 28E agreement. As was the case with the City of Humboldt, this is a renewal of an agreement that was already in place.

The agreement is now captioned as “amended and substituted” with a few minor changes made to it. This includes the language about the newer household hazardous waste facility.
After minimal discussion, the City Council for Dakota City approved the resolution and new agreement with the NCIRSWA unanimously.
