Motor vehicles not allowed on county trails

Humboldt County, IA – Humboldt County Conservation is reminding the public that motorized vehicles are not allowed on public trails.

On Wednesday, June 16, conservation released a statement saying that vehicles of any kind are not allowed on Three Rivers Trail or any Humboldt Conservation property without a maintained road. This includes side-by-sides, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, mopeds, golf carts, care and trucks.

Exceptions can be made for people with disabilities and elderly individuals. To ask about an exception, contact conservation at (515)332-4087.
