Humboldt County, IA – Possible minor injuries are reported after a single vehicles hits a utility pole in southern Humboldt County.
Deputy Michael Vinsand of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office files the report on the incident. His report says that during the early morning hours of Thursday, June 17, Stormy Seehusen-Benton was traveling east on C-49 when she left the road way to the north. The driver entered the ditch and then struck a utility pole with her silver Jeep Commander.
The incident continued into a corn field for about half a mile before returning to the road. The Commander was parked and left at the intersection of C-49 and Kansas Avenue.
Deputy Vinsand reports the vehicle was totaled as a result of the incident. Possible minor injuries were reported.
