Humboldt, IA – The Moffitt Animal Shelter in Humboldt is providing an easy way to dispose of cans and bottles from the holiday weekend.
The local animal shelter does provide the community the option to donate their refundable cans, bottles and glass. They says “if you don’t have anywhere to take your bottles and cans after you’re done celebrating of the 4th please consider donating them” to the shelter.
They are currently using these donations to help cover the cat adoption fees to help find them homes quickly. They say all donations make a huge difference in the lives of the “fur kids” and help keep the shelter going.
The drop off location at the Moffitt Animal Shelter is open 24/7. It is located on the south side of the animal shelter on 1308 19th Street North in Humboldt.
