Dakota City, IA -The Humboldt County Board of supervisors on Monday approved a resolution to vacate a portion of a County road in Ottosen in Humboldt County. Humboldt County Engineer Ben Loots explains the resolution.
The vacation is on a portion of the right of way on Delaware Avenue in Section 3 of Wacousta Township.
Loots says the resolution does not effect the traveled portion of the road.
