Humboldt, IA – The Humboldt County Memorial Society requested funding for the Humboldt County Fair in the amount of $25,000 at this week’s Humboldt County Board of Supervisor’s meeting.
Humboldt County Fair Board Treasurer Kevin Cordray spoke at the meeting and says funding will go to annual repairs on the buildings and grounds as needed.
No action was made on the funding request at the Board of Supervisors meeting but Board of Supervisors Chairman Bruce Reimers thanked the Fair Board for the request and a decision on the funding will be announced at later date.
