Humboldt, IA -There was a Humboldt City Council meeting on Monday evening and Humboldt City Administrator Cole Bockelmann has more information on what action was taken at the meeting.
Bockelmann says a proposal was accepted at the meeting as well.
The deadline for the proposals are April 26th at 3 pm with the awards to be made by the Council on May 2nd.
