Mobile Food Bank Drive Thru at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds will be Wednesday May 10^th, 2023, from 4:30 -6:00pm or until food is gone.  Please tell your neighbors, everyone is welcome.

Memorial Day Car Show in LuVerne Iowa from 12-3pm on Main Street.  It will be a Free Will donation, bring your own chair, and food will be available.   All donations from the Car Show will go towards improving and maintaining the Veteran’s Park.  Contact Craig at 515-341-3334 with any questions.  In Case of bad weather, the show will be canceled!

Hy-Vee is hosting a family outdoor grill event Saturday, June 3rd from 11am -2pm.  It is a Free Will Donation with proceeds going to the Humboldt Veteran’s Memorioal Park Project.  So, plan to attend and support the park project.

Join us for a thrilling night and find out who murdered Mr. White! Saturday June 3^rd from 6pm – 8pm, in the Clancy Building at the Humboldt County Historical Museum.  Tickets are $10.00 per person ages 15 and up.   Attire is 1800’s small town attire for anyone who would like to dress up in costume!

The Renwick Fire Department’s Street Dance for Donkey Daze is on June 3rd from 8-11pm featuring music from Section 7 Band, and there will be a gun raffle drawing at 9:30pm.    The cost is $10 per person to get into the dance so mark your calendar for June 3rd for Donkey Daze in downtown Renwick, all proceeds benefitting the Renwick Fire Department, Inc.

“Little Town on the Prairie”: Hardy Program
This program is the second in the “Little Town on the Prairie” Towns of Humboldt County Program series. Explore the early years of Hardy and the people who created the town. Sunday, June 4^th at 2:00pm in the Clancy Classroom, at the Humboldt Co Historical Museum.  Admission: $5.00 for adults over 18 and children 18 and under are free.

Come out and enjoy an afternoon watching the Iowa Harness races Saturday June 10^th, post time will be 12:30pm at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds.  There is not a charge to get into the races, but if you would like a program with the pick a winner cards it will be $5.  There will be prizes given out for 2 or 3 of the winning cards for each race.

Admission is $12 for Adults – 12 and under get in FREE
